Jackfruit Research and Design Pvt. Ltd. is headed by Managing Director, Annapurna Garimella, who is a designer and an art historian. Fiza Ishaq and Bitasta Das are researchers.
K. Mohan is the digital arts and hardware technician. Arun Kumar is the office manager and R. Shalini is the office assistant. Other directors include Dorys Codina, who is based in New York and is an arts finance expert. 

Past colleagues include Lina Vincent, Malini Ghanathe, Niveditha Kuttaiah, Vinayak Varma, Marissa D'Souza and Olympia Bhatt.
